The Blue Parkway Town Center district construction is currently in progress.  The center is scheduled to open in September of 2005.  The main anchor tenant is a fifty five thousand plus square foot Baron’s supermarket (AWG). It serves the community and neighborhood in an area which is part of the eastern portion of Brush Creek’s revitalization.

The Baron's super market and other tenants; Gamestop, NKC Nails, Wendy’s, Popeye’s, H&R Block, Subway, ASI Dollar Store, Silk Salon & Spa, Xcellent Medical Supply, Simply Fashions and Foot Locker round out today's signed leases. The shopping center is adjacent to Swope Parkway Health Center, H&R Blocks eastern national processing center and First Guard Health Insurance new headquarters.  The center faces South of the new Brush Creek lakes, offers excellent night lighting and video cameras and 24 hour on site private security.

J.L. Peterson Inc. is co developer of this site and handles tenant leasing and cobrokerage matters.  Full commissions are paid to cobrokers.
