The commercial land consists of 21.59 acres at Interstate 35 & Chouteau Trafficway in Kansas City Mo. The 240,000 square ft. shopping center will have two anchors, the first of which is Festival Foods. The center is under construction and scheduled to open in Spring of 2001. more >
The commercial land consists of 63.5 acres at the southwest corner of Kennedy Freeway (US Hwy 75) and Chandler Road in Bellevue (Metro Omaha), Nebraska. The 600,000 square foot power center will have four major anchors. An 500,000 square feet Fleming Supermarket will be joined by other anchors. Rough grading is complete and construction of buildings will begin in March 2001. more >
J.L. Peterson, Inc. has been selected as the co-developer and leasing agent for the Blue Parkway Town Center located two miles east of the Country Club Plaza on Brush Creek in Kansas City, Missouri. This project is to be anchored by a 55,000 square foot supermarket with a 10,000 square foot goods retailer, two fast food restaurants, a shoe store and 15,000 square foot of 2nd floor office space. Construction will begin in fall of 2003 for a 2004 opening. more >
